Disaster Recovery

Documented disaster recovery and business continuity plans are paramount when business processes are moved to offshore locations. Accordingly, Logix Solution has detailed business continuity planning procedures that contribute to our overall disaster recovery plan. All devices, services, locations, and personnel within the Logix Solution network are taken into consideration:

  • All of Logix Solution’s network links are protected by redundancies
  • We maintain facility redundancy between three global service centers
  • All system data is regularly backed up and stored in a remote location
  • We regularly run test restorations to validate our data recovery procedures

Additionally, we work to integrate our disaster recovery plans with those of our clients. A mutual plan takes into account outages on either side, ensuring that communication and organizational plans are securely in place.
